David L. Anderson - "The relentless pursuit of betterment!"

David is known as a hard-charger who does not believe in “can't.” He has been handpicked for special project teams in the workplace, has built and produced high-level work teams with high morale, has managed large-scale national information technology projects for the government, has taught college level courses, has coached and captained sports teams, and has been doing public and professional speaking and coaching for many years. David has developed and teaches a revolutionary communication philosophy, based on four pillars, he calls Non-Convincing Language (NCL). 

David has had a job since the age of 9 and became a business owner at the age of 17 while still in high school. David hired his father to work for him when his father retired from the military. David says, it was strange at 17 being my Dad's boss at work and him being my boss at home! He graduated from the University of West Florida in 1989 and went to work for the Department of Navy as a federal service employee. After 17 years with the DoN, David pursued his passion for fiscal responsibility lodged in him in his high school years. He now operates his own company (Nautilus Financial Strategies, LLC) as a financial professional. 

He also runs another company: The Lifetime Income Process (LIP) that uses his philosophy of Non-Convincing Language. This company blends retirement strategy software (LIP), with NCL, and builds a community with other financial professionals to help families have financial balance - meaning: to put money in its place and get on with living an intentional life.

He believes language is one of the greatest gifts we have and one that we don't spend enough time improving to have better and deeper dialogue with those around us without constantly building walls in conversations. The goal: to be more effective in our communication. He believes we can all do better.

David enjoys family time with his wife Kelly, their son Zachary, and their dog, Atlas.  He also enjoys his church family and teaching an adult Sunday School Class. Known also a bar-be-que connoisseur, David loves grilling (esp World Famous Anderson Burgers) for family and friends around the family swimming pool.
